Courses Overview
Morrison Firearms Instructions is proud to offer firearms safety training practically every weekend in Edmonton or the surrounding areas. Classes included are the Canadian Non-Restricted Firearms Safety Course and the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course. These courses are offered in accordance with the requirements and regulations of the Alberta Department of Justice. We also offer 1 on 1 shooting lessons.

Non Restricted P.A.L Classes
Basic Course Information
This class involves all of the safe handling knowledge and skills you need to know for hunting rifles and shotguns.

Upon successful completion of this course, applicants will be provided with necessary documents to apply for their Possession & Acquisition Licence (PAL), with Non-Restricted certification.

Restricted P.A.L Classes
Basic Course Information

Upon successful completion of this course, applicants 18 years or older will be provided with necessary documents to apply for their Possession & Acquisition Licence (PAL), with Restricted certification.

Private Classes
Basic Course Information
Do you have a group of friends or family all interested in getting their PAL? A more flexible/ less structured class for you and your friends will make the day fly by. Contact us for the opportunity to have a private class in our classroom in Edmonton, or in your home, business, or workplace (Arrangements can be made so we come to you).

1 on 1 private shooting lessons
In addition to our classroom sessions of the Canadian Firearms Safety Couse, we are also excited to offer practical, on range 1 on 1 shooting lessons. This would be great for someone beginning their journey into hunting, target shooting, or competing. We will provide private lessons to get you comfortable and familiar with the basics of safety and shooting Rifles, Shotguns, or Handguns. No matter which firearm type your interested in we can accommodate. When you contact us for lessons we will discuss what you would like to achieve, or learn, as well as the firearms you're interested in. That will allow us to select the appropriate firearms from our library and fully customize the lesson to help you on the path to achieving your goals. For all lessons firearms, ammunition, and facility fees are all included.
Location of lessons will be just outside of Tofield, AB.
